Using the site

These terms apply to everyone who uses lastro3.com. By using the site, you agree to them. How we handle your data is explained in the Legal Notice.

Educational content

• Everything here is for learning. Nothing is investment advice, an offer, consulting or a promise of results.
• Examples, assets mentioned, weekly notes and the Markets list show how to think, not what to buy or sell.
• The simulator uses play money and historical prices. Winning in the simulator does not mean you will win with real money.
• Before investing, check the information in official sources and, if needed, talk to a certified professional. The decision and the risk are yours.

Account and nickname

• The account is optional, and you sign in with a code sent to your email. Use an email that is yours and do not share the code.
• Your nickname may appear on the public leaderboard. Do not use someone else's name, swear words, insults, ads or links.
• If you are under 18, use the site with a parent or guardian.

Points, leaderboard and challenges

• Points, day streaks and leaderboard position are only there to keep you studying. They are not worth money, prizes or a spot in Lastro3+.
• Do not use bots, scripts or tricks to earn points.
• The team may hide a nickname that breaks these rules from the leaderboard and reset points earned unfairly.

Lastro3+ and the waitlist

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a spot. The Lastro3+ terms are shared directly with those who are invited.

What is not allowed

• Trying to break into, take down or overload the site, or accessing team areas without permission.
• Sending someone else's data, spam or offensive content through feedback or the waitlist.
• Copying the Playbook, the illustrations or other content in full to publish or sell.

Anyone who breaks these rules may have their account deleted.

Rights to the content

Lastro3's texts, illustrations, games, brand and logo are protected by copyright. You may share links and quote short passages, saying they come from Lastro3.

Limits of the site

• We do our best to keep the content right, but it may have errors or become outdated. If you find a mistake, tell us with the Feedback button.
• Quotes and charts come from TradingView and may be delayed or fail.
• The site may go offline, change or drop some part, such as games, the leaderboard or the simulator.
• Links to YouTube, WhatsApp and TradingView follow those services' own rules.

We may update these terms. The date below shows the last change. Brazilian law applies.
